Kristina and Arielle’s Coney Island Proposal was….ICONIC. New York City has so many iconic locations for events like proposals. Being a New York City Proposal Photographer has brought me to some GORGEOUS locations to photograph such memorable events – check out this Central Park/Upper West Side Proposal. It makes my heart so happy.

Arielle + Kristina

Arielle and Kristina’s story is so incredibly sweet. Before this proposal Kristina had actually proposed to Arielle at a broadway show. She said yes. However, Arielle wanted to show but she wanted to propose to Kristina in a meaningful way as well. With Coney Island being one of Kristina’s favorite places she knew it was the perfect place.

Arielle worked with Amy from Poppy + Lynn to bring her vision come to life. Amy is literally such an amazing planner in NYC. If you’re needing a planner for one of your events Amy is your girl. Not only did Amy set everything up, she also helped Arielle personalize the proposal with different elements. From the Trader Joes flower bouquet to the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Breakfast sandwiches (Kristina’s FAV) Amy and Arielle teamed up to create such a beautiful proposal!

I can’t even begin to explain how much fun it is photographing proposals in New York City. The fact that I get to photograph in locations that I watched in movies growing up is a very surreal feeling. AND to be able to photograph such authentic and real LOVE makes my little Pisces heart so full.
