Emily and Will’s Brooklyn Bridge engagement photos showcase the romantic mix of nature and architecture in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood. We walked along the river to capture the charm of this New York neighborhood in the backdrop of their engagement photos.

Emily and Will’s Love Story

Emily and Will met in New York City. Their love story is full of moments in which they made the ordinary into something extraordinary. For proof, you just need to look at their first date – a quick coffee date that turned into six hours. A second date getting caught in the rain and dancing in Emily’s kitchen sealed their love for each other and cozy afternoons at home.

Brooklyn Bridge Engagement Photos

DUMBO’s mix of classic Brooklyn architecture and intimate landscaped spaces made it a perfect spot for Emily and Will’s Brooklyn Bridge engagement photos. Whether cozying up on a park bench or dancing in the street, DUMBO offered plenty of opportunities to capture the joy of their relationship.

Emily’s red dress popped against the weathered brick buildings and greenery along the river. Will’s leather jacket complimented her flowing dress by adding an urban edge.

DUMBO is nestled between the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan Bridge. Photographing there gave us plenty of opportunities for moving poses. Emily and Will made the most of the scenery, dancing in the street and going for a full dip! We even captured a movie-worthy kiss with the Manhattan Bridge behind them.

The park along the river offered romantic nature with the iconic Brooklyn Bridge in the background. We hopped down to the water’s edge to get some steamy poses on the rocks. Even in the middle of the city, this location gave a sense of intimacy to the photos. Perfect for this couple who finds so much joy in each other’s company!

In the second half of the shoot, Emily traded her red dress for a more casual black outfit. The edgier look was a great fit for the city vibes of the skyline and Brooklyn Bridge along the river. The outfit change also allowed for some more casual poses. Emily and Will obviously had a great time snuggling up and joking around with each other throughout the shoot.
